Ellen Rehm (PhD: 1991 University of Münster) is a research assistant at the University of Vienna (Near and Middle Eastern Archaeology) and Associate Professor of Ancient Near Eastern Studies at the West Wilhelms University of Münster/Germany. Her research focuses on the 1st millennium B.C. and its cultural contacts. In addition, the history of research, in particular plaster casts of objects of Ancient Middle East. She also worked in museums as curator and project manager of several large special exhibitions (Achaemenids, Qatna, Alexander the Great).
